The "Feather Hemming (Thick Plate Reversible Type)" is compatible with thick plate hemming bending of SUS 1.5t and iron 2.3t. It allows for continuous processing from a 30° bend to flattening, significantly reducing the number of processes required. Hemming bending can be done without the hassle of mold changes. The standard mold lengths are L = 835mm and S = 415mm, but we also manufacture custom dimensions such as 8-part and 11-part.
